Me and my pumpkins went pumpkin picking last weekend and had a blast.
Chris and I went on a special trip, just the two of us, to celebrate our 30th birthdays and our anniversary. The grandparents watched the kids for us and didn't want us to pick them up so I am going to take that as they did just fine. We spent a wonderful 5 days in St. Thomas at the Ritz.
Our first night there we went to dinner at the Old Stone Farmhouse. We both agreed that this was the best meal we had ever had. The food was great and the atmosphere the best.
Dinner with a view of the boats at Red Hook Bay.
View from our hotel.
We tried doing the tourist stuff but nothing was open because there wasn't a cruise ship visiting.
We went to Megans Bay, which is suppose to be one of the top 10 prettiest beaches according to National Geographic. It was definitly really pretty.
This was a group of sting rays swimming close to shore and the brown spot in the water is a giant school of fish.
This was the wildlife living at the Ritz. We counted around 30 of these guys in this one spot they were all hanging out.
They were HUGE!
We went out on the Hobbie Cat, a mini sail boat.
I told Chris to suprise me with a drink and he ordered me the "Crash Landing."
Gates loves his brothers and will randomly decided that he needs to hug and kiss them. The babies usually love it. They also will have fits of laughter just watching Gates doing the most normal things. Ex. Gates walking down the stairs.
This is him and Teddy.
We starting feeding the babies cereal. At first, Teddy was okay with it but spit most out of his mouth. Jack cried like we were feeding him poison. Now, Jack eats it with no problem and Teddy wants nothing to do with it. Hmmmm….
This is Teddy with his first taste.
Grand got Gates a rain jacket and goulashes for his birthday so we jumped on the opportunity to get some use out of them.
The goulashes are way to big but that didn’t stop Gates from making big splashes.
“buh bye!”
