Golf and the Jeep

Gates always wants to do what ever we are doing, so of course when Chris was hitting the golf ball Gates wanted to also. I got him his own miniature golf club from Goodwill so he wouldn't destroy Chris'. It would have been a waste of money to get him plastic golf clubs, he can't be bothered with toys, he wants the real thing.

Sam retrieved the balls.

He also still loves his jeep but not necessarily driving it.

Tractor and Dump truck

Gates woke up the other morning to a wonderful surprise, a tractor and a dump truck in front of our house. He sat in front of the window for well over a couple hours watching this tractor work. He said "tractoo" over and over.

The end of the Camp Meeting pictures

Fish frying lessons.

Watching the fish fry.
Gates pulled his chair up to the table to eat some crackers. His chair is a little short for the adult table.

Chris reading Gates his favorite book at the moment.

Babies napping. They do a lot of that.

That is the end of Camp Meeting for this year.

Camp Meeting

It's that time of year for our family to spend the week out at Camp Meeting. Gates is really enjoying it this year.

4th of July

We had a wonderful fun filled 4th. We started our day by going to the parade. Gates loved the parade. He loved waiving his flag, waiving to all the people in the parade, fire trucks, dogs, pageant queens, and clowns.

Then we went back to the Grandparents house and went swimming.

We made ice cream.
Babies hung out.

Ate some brisket.

Gates wanted to show Grandad something.

He wanted to show him how he can spray every one with the hose.

Look at that mischievous face.

We tried to go see the fireworks but a big rain storm scared us home.

3 Months

The twins are 3 months! They have gotten so big! They weigh at least 14 lbs, I am starting to be concerned that we feed them to much. They can hold their heads up for a moment but over all their heads are still very wobbly. They are so sweat! There personalities are starting to come out. Jack has a really goofy, giddy smile and Teddy has a sweat, innocent smile.

Jack (L), Teddy (R)

Sorry to confuse you but I switch which side they are sitting on in this pic.
Teddy (L), Jack (R)

Jack didn't like the switch.
Then he decided that he wanted to hold them. He is so sweat, notice how he is holding Jacks pacifier in his mouth for him.

Then Gates got bored with that and decided to go find another book.
Then the twins got upset and I had to comfort the twins and Gates decided that he needed to mess with the sound machine.
